I work at the point where design strategy meets enterprise technology. My job is to take a complex, ambiguous business problem and turn it into a solution that people actually adopt. I've led design thinking workshops for Fortune 500 banks and insurers, built demo frameworks now used across IBM's Financial Services market, and partnered with sales and engineering teams to make technical capabilities feel real and relevant to the people evaluating them.

I'm drawn to the messy middle of a project. The part when a vague idea needs a clear point of view before it can become anything else.

Outside of work, I'm usually outside. You can find me hiking, rollerblading, or camping. If I’m inside, I'm probably painting, drawing, or trying a new medium.
